Antibiogo is a free mobile application developed by the MSF Foundation to support the interpretation of antimicrobial susceptibility tests (AST) in bacteriology laboratories. Designed to work offline and incorporating the latest international guidelines, it helps laboratory technicians and microbiologists produce reliable, harmonised and guideline-compliant AST interpretations, even in settings where microbiology expertise is limited.
By strengthening the quality of microbiological diagnostics and antimicrobial susceptibility testing, Antibiogo contributes to improved patient care and supports efforts to combat antimicrobial resistance, particularly in resource-limited settings.
